Warranty & Refund Policy

1.100% Satisfaction Guaranteed

• * Free proofs and color revisions: We will revise the bobblehead during the proofing process until you are satisfied.
• * After the bobblehead is completed, if you are not satisfied with it, we can redo it once free of charge.
• * We will ask you to approve the completed bobblehead before shipping.
• * If you find that the bobblehead is not as described after receiving it, please contact us within 30 days. Our refund and remake options are subject to the conditions described in Section 4 below.

2.Warranty and After-Sale Service

All our products are covered by a 12-month warranty. Our customer service team is available to provide helpful after-sale support.

If your custom bobblehead develops a quality problem or is accidentally damaged within 12 months of delivery, you may return it to us for a free repair. The customer is responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.

3.Shipping Damage Claims- 100% Free Replacement

All merchandise is carefully packaged for shipment, and shipping damage rarely occurs.

If your bobblehead arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the damaged product and packaging and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Photos are required for us to process a shipping damage claim.

Once the claim is confirmed, we will make and ship a replacement free of charge. You do not need to return the damaged product.

4.Refund and Return:

The figurines are handmade and intricately crafted, capturing a likeness based on pictures provided. They are not an exact copy or replica of the person on the photo (we promise at least 90% similar). The final product may be slightly different from the picture shown since they are all 100% handmade and unique.

Please understand that due to the custom nature of our product, and due to the number of expert hours that goes in to molding, baking... refund and return base on the following conditions:

A, Before Head Sculpting Begins: Full Refund.

• You may cancel your order at any time before we begin sculpting your bobblehead. A full refund will be issued.

B, During Head Sculpting and Before Approval: Full Refund.

• 1. We will make unlimited revisions until you are satisfied.
• 2. You may cancel your order at any time before approving the head sculpt. A full refund will be issued.

C, After Head Sculpt Approval:

If you are not satisfied after we finish the bobblehead:
• 1. We can redo it for free.
• 2. You may cancel the order and receive a refund, subject to the following deduction per bobblehead:
  • $30.00 for each standard bobblehead
  • $60.00 for each fully custom bobblehead
• 3. If you cancel after we have already redone the bobblehead, the deduction will be:
  • $39.90 for each standard bobblehead
  • $69.90 for each fully custom bobblehead
• 4. Please note: Each bobblehead is a one-of-a-kind item custom-made specifically for you. Since it cannot be resold to another customer, a full refund is not available after you have approved the head sculpt.

D. After Delivery:

• You will be asked to approve your completed bobblehead before it is shipped.
• If you find that the item is not as described, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it. You may choose one of the following options:

• 1. Redo option - We can remake the head for you for a fee of only $10.00. There will be no additional charge for the body. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
• 2. Return for a refund - You may return the bobblehead for a refund, subject to the following deduction for each bobblehead. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs:
  • $30.00 for each standard bobblehead.
  • $60.00 for each fully custom bobblehead.
