1.100% Satisfaction Guaranteed

• * Free Proofing & Color modification. We will fix the bobblehead until you like it.
• * After the bobblehead is finished, if you don't like it, we can redo it once for free.
• * We will let you approve the bobblehead before we send it out.
• * After you receive the bobblehead, if you really don't like it, please contact us, we can redo it for free, but you should responsible for the delivery fee.

2.Warranty and After-Sale Service

*All the products cover a 12-month warranty. We have a responsible customer service team to provide helpful after-sale services. If the custom bobbleheads meet with any quality problems or accidental damage,you can sent back to us and get free restoration service within 12 months,but you should responsible for the round delivery fee!

3.Shipping Damage Claims- 100% Free Redo

All merchandise is carefully packaged for shipment, and damange case seldom happen. If you get damaged dolls, please take photos and contact us soon, we will arrange Free Redo to replace.(Digital photos of damaged product is necessary for our damage claims. Proofs must be sent to us within 24 hours after you get it). you don't need to send the product back. We will ship a replacement.

4.Refund and Return:

The figurines are handmade and intricately crafted, capturing a likeness based on pictures provided. They are not an exact copy or replica of the person on the photo (we promise at least 90% similar). The final product may be slightly different from the picture shown since they are all 100% handmade and unique.

Please understand that due to the custom nature of our product, and due to the number of expert hours that goes in to molding, baking... refund and return base on the following conditions:

A, Before Production:

• You may cancel your order at any time before we begin making your bobblehead and before you receive the first proof. A full refund will be issued.

B, During Head Sculpting:

• 1. We will make unlimited revisions until you are satisfied.
• 2. You may cancel your order before you approve the head sculpt. A material and labor fee of $9.90 per bobblehead will be deducted. The remaining balance will be refunded.

C, After Completion:

If you are not satisfied after we finish the bobblehead:
• 1. We can redo it for free.
• 2. You may cancel the order and receive a refund, subject to the following deduction per bobblehead:
  • $30.00 for each standard bobblehead
  • $60.00 for each fully custom bobblehead
• 3. If you cancel after we have already redone the bobblehead, the deduction will be:
  • $39.90 for each standard bobblehead
  • $69.90 for each fully custom bobblehead
• 4. Note: Each bobblehead is a one-of-a-kind, custom-made item created specifically for you. Since we cannot resell it to others, a full refund is not possible after completion.

D. After Delivery:

• Before shipping, you will approve your bobblehead.
• If, within 30 days of receipt, you find the item not as described, you may choose:

• 1. Redo option - We can remake a new head for you. The body is free of charge, and the remake fee for the head is only $10.00. (Customer is responsible for shipping costs.)
• 2. Return for a refund - Subject to deduction per bobblehead. (Customer is responsible for return shipping):
  • $30.00 for each standard bobblehead.
  • $60.00 for each fully custom bobblehead.
